Must Watch TV- InnoCentive’s Business Model Explored

 If you subscribe to this blog you know I have written often about open business models as one of open innovation’s most exciting tools for creating new opportunities for associations.

InnoCentive, a start up of Eli Lilly, has become a star attracting major “seeker” companies like P&G and over 110,000 “solver” biochemists around the world through tie up agreements with universities and other institutions.

Here is a very nice video interview with InnoCentive’s CEO to highlight in their words the success that is “open innovation” through community, content co-creation, and open business models.
